New Believers
Getting Started
Read the Bible
You might say that the Bible is the “user’s manual of life” we have all been searching for. Everything we need to know about God and living a life that pleases Him is found in its pages.
Take some time every day to read God’s Word, the Bible. Ask God in prayer for help in understanding what it teaches and how to apply its lessons to your life. You’ll be surprised how just a few minutes a day in the Bible will change your life.
Join us each week at our services or small group Bible studies and learn God’s plan for your life.
Pray
God wants you to share your burdens, hopes, and even failures with Him. Yet the idea of talking to God can be intimidating. The Bible tells us to pray at all times, in any place, for any reason. Take time each day to thank God for the blessings He gives to you, share your needs with Him, and confess your sins as you pray.
Go to church
In order to grow strong in your Christian faith, it is important for you to meet with other believers at a local church. Find a church where the Bible is taught chapter by chapter, verse by verse, so that you will have a deep understanding of God’s ways.

Share your faith
Sharing your faith is something that Jesus wants and has even commanded us to do. After a person becomes a Christian, one of the greatest privileges is leading someone to faith in Jesus. Pray each day that God will give you the opportunity to share your faith so that others can experience the joy you have in knowing God.
