About this Group

An interactive study based on the book, Victorious Christian Service, by Alan Redpath that centers on the heart of Nehemiah and our hearts as servants of God. (NKJV Nehemiah Ch. 1:1-11 and 2:1-10). The first step of service to family, home, job, or Church is to build the spiritual wall around our soul. We need a wall of witness and testimony which starts with what we see in the beginning chapters of Nehemiah. He feels the burden of his brothers and sisters living in the ruins of Jerusalem. He wept; he mourned; he fasted, and he prayed for them while asking God, “what would you have me do?”. We will examine how he approaches the King of Persia through Chapter 2 and answer how we can apply it in our lives today with the obstacles we have to face: finances, marriage, work, health, and service. How should we prepare each day for our challenges? The answer lies in how we use the tools that Nehemiah used and how they are applicable for each one of us.
