About this Group
Through these nine weeks, we will study the pace of grace. This is about learning to live and practice the truth of what it takes to be healthy and whole, heart, soul, strength, and mind. This book is designed to renew you from the inside out, to make complete lasting and lifestyle changes in the area of health and fitness. This is not another diet book but rather it’s about developing healthy habits and letting the Holy Spirit renew our minds and see ourselves as Christ sees us. Poor or prideful body image or self-esteem and behaviors that are sinful can be turned around and placed at the feet of Jesus. In return, we see ourselves as the Lord sees us and can be transformed into His likeness.
