Calvary Employment – Worship Director/Young Adults

Position: Worship Director/Young Adults ministry director

Responsibilities

Worship leader at main worship services – 3 to 5 per week.
Building of worship sets in Ableton. Scheduling and managing of worship teams.
Auditioning and training where necessary of prospective worship team members.
Oversight of scheduling of security team, coordinator team, projection, and video ministry teams.
Leading worship at other ministry events as necessary.
Proficient in Ableton Live Software, PCO (Planning Center Online), MS Office.
Skilled in key musical instruments.
Skill in leading churches in worship of 5000 members or greater.
Experience in teaching biblical messages to young adults and managing a young adult ministry.
Oversight, mentorship, and planting of young adult growth groups.
Planning of frequent young adult events.
Teaching religious instructions to young adults at meetings as necessary.

Qualifications

High School Diploma
5 Years experience in the above-mentioned responsibilities
