Hope that Pierces the Darkness
Isaiah 9:1-7
December 20-21, 2025
There is amazing technological advancement all around the world, but the condition of man has not advanced at all. There is still deep spiritual darkness. There are anguished souls who are lonely and lost and searching for hope.
The world was also in darkness when God sent His Son into the world. God is the One doing something about the darkness and lost soul who has no hope. In a dry and weary land where there is no water, God sends His Son to redeem that which is lost. He sent His Son as the greatest gift to meet the greatest need.
That is why the theme of Christmas is rejoicing. Because light has come in the darkness, because the hopeless have found hope, because the weary are strengthened, it’s time for rejoicing.
If you think about it, almost all the traditions of Christmas have something to do with rejoicing. Lights and candles, beautifully wrapped gifts, songs of celebration, bells on bobtails that ring, making spirits bright, eggnog, hot chocolate, candy canes and Christmas carols. They’re all traditions of Christmas that bring joy in the darkest part of the year.
Cultures around the world have Christmas traditions that speak of rejoicing. Some are rather interesting.
In Japan, the traditional Christmas dinner is Kentucky Fried Chicken. That would make anyone rejoice! This is so popular that families must make reservations early to be certain to get their KFC on Christmas Day.
In Finland, it’s tradition to visit a cemetery over Christmas. Graveside candles are lit; entire cemeteries are lighted. Three-fourths of all Finnish families visit a cemetery at Christmas, mostly on Christmas Eve. Special traffic arrangements are needed to handle the crowds.
If you think about it, there’s a beautiful message behind that tradition in Finland. God sent His Son to conquer death and give eternal life to all who trust in Him. So, yes, put lights in cemeteries!
In Hawaii, the tradition is to eat Spam on Christmas. Which, I’m sure brings joy to them, but I have a spam filter, so, no Spam for me.
In Venezuela, people go to Christmas Eve service on roller skates. So many people skate to church on Christmas Eve they close the streets. Which gives new meaning to the expression ‘holy rollers.’
And of course, who could forget our own American tradition of Christmas fruitcake? It’s kind of an ironic to call it fruitcake, however, because it is neither fruity nor cakey. I’m convinced the whole regifting thing began with fruitcake.
Traditions, however, must not replace the meaning and message of why God sent His Son. The world is weary and needs hope. The world is becoming more dangerous. Many with spiritual discernment have sensed the storm clouds on the horizon; there is a deep evil that is rising.
This is a broken, evil world and while there is greater darkness, it will also be a time of revival. Darkness will get darker, but a light will also dawn.
When Isaiah wrote the prophecy of Isaiah 9 it was a dark time for the nation of Israel. A terrible, wicked king ruled in Judah who turned Israel away from God to go after the gods of the world, gods of worldliness and licentiousness. The result was predictable; they became weaker as a nation as darkness and turmoil came over them.
At the darkest hour, God gave the greatest promise. There is no question that these verses give us the greatest promise known to man; that God would send an answer to darkness.
God’s answer is His Son. “Unto us a child is born, unto us a Son is given.” And the promises, hope, and help are given to us in the name spoken of in this prophecy.
God doesn’t stand by idly and watch as people destroy their lives, He does something about it; God is on the move, He is pursuing relationship. God sent His Son, He is knocking on the door of hearts, He wants people to have life.
Isaiah speaks of the name that is given for the One who is coming as the hope of the world. You gain great insight in the purpose and meaning of Christmas when you understand the significance of His name.
I. Hope is On the Way
- Verses 2-3 – “The people who walk in darkness will see a great light… You will increase their gladness; they will be glad in Your presence.”
- The promise is for those who need hope. Darkness is a heavy weight and oppressive to the soul…
- The message of Isaiah 9 is that hope is on the way. Take heart, be comforted in a weary land where there is no water, God is giving you a promise of help and of hope.
A. The anguished soul needs a promise
- When you’re in anguish and surrounded by trouble, you need hope, you need an answer. You need something to hold onto.
Illus –What is happening in this world causes many to be deeply concerned. History is changing before our eyes as troubles are increasing. This has been an epic year of trouble and people are weary and tired.
Then, when you read the words of prophecy, you come to understand that this is merely the beginning. It’s like the pangs of childbirth; they will grow greater in intensity and closer together as the day draws near.
- It’s one thing to groan in anguish under a massive burden of troubles, it’s another thing to yearn for God to give an answer.
Job 19:25-27, For I know that my Redeemer lives, and He shall stand at last on the earth; and after my skin is destroyed, this I know, that in my flesh I shall see God, whom I shall see for myself, and my eyes shall behold, and not another. Oh, how my heart yearns within me! NKJV
B. Joy is the response to help and to hope
- The land of Zebulun and Naphtali, the area of Galilee, received the worst of the oppression in those days when Assyria brought their armies from the north to destroy and take captive.
- God will make glorious the place of darkest oppression because it is there that God would send His Son…
Matthew 4:13-14, And leaving Nazareth, He came and settle in Capernaum, which is by the sea, in the region of Zebulun and Naphtali. This was to fulfill what was spoken through Isaiah the prophet…
- Jesus did most of His miracles in the land of Zebulun and Naphtali, Galilee of the Gentiles. Great crowds came to hear Him preach and teach, there in the north, in Galilee.
- When God fulfills His promise, when God answers the hurt and anguish of the soul, the response should be joy and gladness; like the gladness of harvest, like when men rejoice after a great victory.
- Verse 4 – When God breaks the yoke of your burden and the staff on your shoulders and the rod of your oppressor, the response is joy.
Psalm 126:1-3, “When the Lord brought back the captive ones of Zion, we were like those who dream. Then our mouth was filled with laughter and our tongue with joyful shouting; then they said among the nations, ‘The Lord has done great things for them.’ The Lord has done great things for us; and we are glad.”
- That’s why Christmas should be a joy filled time of year, because it’s based on the hope of a promise.
- That hope, that promise, all that God gives is found in His Son… And given in His name.
- You receive God’s answer when you receive God’s Son; everything is based on your relationship to Him.
II. God’s Hope is Found in His Name
- Jesus is also called Immanuel, God with us, that’s God answer to man’s brokenness, God will be with us.
- “And His name shall be called…” In other words, God’s answer, God’s hope, God’s promise is found in Jesus’ name.
- How powerful is His name? Many in the world are uncomfortable just saying the name of Jesus. Some people use His name as a cuss word, “Jesus Christ!” they exclaim. Why? They want to reduce the power of the name. That’s the only way they can handle saying that powerful name.
- But hey, if they get to bring up His name, then I get to bring up His name. When I was in the work-a-day world and someone would say, “Jesus Christ!” like a cuss word, I would sometimes say, “That’s a powerful name you’re using. Did you know that at that name every knee will bow, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord?”
Philippians 2:9-11, God has bestowed on Him the name which is above every other name, that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven, and on earth, and under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the father.
- …And His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor…
A. He is Wonderful Counselor
- The scripture tells us that the Lord will do marvelous, wonderful
1 Corinthians 2:9, Things which no eye has seen and ear has not heard; and which have not entered the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who love Him.
Ephesians 3:20, Now unto Him who is able to do exceedingly, abundantly beyond all we could ask or even think.
- He is filled with all wisdom; His counsel is good and wise. In this messed up world with messed up lives, wonderful counsel is what you need most.
Illus – It’s a light of revelation, like when a teenager, who was absolutely convinced that you didn’t know anything, that they’re going to figure this out on their own, then grows up and actually asks you for advice.
- In Hebrew, the word, counselor means to “stand alongside.” You can imagine the help we would have if God were whispering in our ear.
Isaiah 30:21, Your ears will hear a word behind you, “This is the way, walk in it,” whenever you turn to the right or to the left.
Luke 11:21, “Behold; one greater than Solomon is here.”
- His counsel is only helpful if you walk in it; if you take hold and apply it to your life.
Jeremiah 16:19, “If you can extract the precious from the worthless…”
Luke 6:47-48, “Everyone who comes to Me and hears My words and acts on them, I will show you whom he is like: he is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid a foundation on the rock; and when a flood occurred, the torrent burst against that house and could not shake it, because it had been well built.”
B. He is Mighty God
- Is there anything clearer to declare that Jesus is God? He has power over all things.
- He turned the water into wine, healed lepers, raised the dead, has authority over demons and calmed the storm with a word of His command.
- The signs of the times were right before their eyes.
Luke 8:25, And He said to them, “Where is your faith?” They were fearful and amazed, saying to one another, “Who then is this, that He commands even the winds and the sea, and they obey Him?”
App – Life is heavy, and it is only when you recognize Him to be your “Mighty God” will you turn to Him to help you carry it. This is the stuff of faith. And He would ask the same question of you and me, “Where is your faith?”
C. He is the prince who brings peace
- The government will be on his shoulders and there will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace.
- He is the Prince who brings peace; peace with God as we will see, but it also means peace on earth. Why?
- Because He is the only One with the authority to bring peace and silence the enemies of God. As He spoke to the storm, so He will speak to the rulers of the earth.
Isaiah 40:23-31 …It is He who reduces rulers to nothing, Who makes the judges of the earth meaningless. Scarcely have they been planted, scarcely have they been sown, scarcely has their stock taken root in the earth, but He many blows on them, and they whither, and the storm carries them away like stubble. To whom then will you liken Me that I would be his equal?” Says the Holy One. Lift up your eyes on high and see who has created these stars, the One who leads forth their host by number, He calls them each by name; and because of the greatness of His might and strength of His power, not one of them is missing.
So why do you say, O Jacob, and assert, O Israel, “My way is hidden from the Lord, and the justice due to me escape the notice of my God”? Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth does not become weary or tired. His understanding is inscrutable. He gives strength to the weary, and to him who lacks might, He increases power.
Though youths grow weary and tired, and vigorous young men stumble badly, yet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not faint.
- True peace will come when people are right with God.
Colossians 1:19-20, For it was the Father’s good pleasure for all the fullness to dwell in Him, and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, having made peace through the blood of His cross; through Him, I say, whether things on earth or things in heaven.
John 14:27, “My peace I leave with you, my peace I give you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let your heart be fearful.”
App – He is the One seeking you, He knocks on the door of your heart, you open the door of your heart and let Him into your life.
Isaiah 9:1-7 NASB
9 1But there will be no more gloom for her who was in anguish. In earlier times He treated the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali with contempt, but later on He will make it glorious, by the way of the sea, on the other side of the Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles.
2 The people who walk in darkness
Will see a great light;
Those who live in a dark land,
The light will shine on them.
3 You will multiply the nation,
You will increase their joy;
They will rejoice in Your presence
As with the joy of harvest,
As people rejoice when they divide the spoils.
4 For You will break the yoke of their burden and the staff on their shoulders,
The rod of their oppressor, as at the battle of Midian.
5 For every boot of the marching warrior in the roar of battle,
And cloak rolled in blood, will be for burning, fuel for the fire.
6 For a Child will be born to us, a Son will be given to us;
And the government will rest on His shoulders;
And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.
7 There will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace
On the throne of David and over his kingdom,
To establish it and to uphold it with justice and righteousness
From then on and forevermore.
The zeal of the Lord of armies will accomplish this.
Esperanza que atraviesa la oscuridad
Isaías 9:1-7

Hay un avance tecnológico asombroso en todo el mundo, pero la condición del ser humano no ha avanzado en absoluto. Todavía hay una oscuridad espiritual profunda. Hay almas angustiadas que están solas, perdidas y que buscan esperanza.
El mundo también estaba en oscuridad cuando Dios envió a Su Hijo al mundo. Dios es quien hace algo respecto a la oscuridad y al alma perdida que no tiene esperanza. En una tierra seca y cansada donde no hay agua, Dios envía a Su Hijo para redimir lo perdido. Envió a Su Hijo como el mayor regalo para satisfacer la mayor necesidad.
Por eso el tema de la Navidad es la celebración. Porque la luz ha llegado para alumbrar en la oscuridad, porque los desesperanzados han encontrado esperanza, porque los cansados se han fortalecido: es hora de regocijarse.
Si lo piensas, casi todas las tradiciones de la Navidad tienen que ver con la celebración. Luces y velas, regalos bellamente envueltos, canciones de celebración, campanillas con lazos que suenan, haciendo que los ‘espíritus brillen’, ponche de huevo, chocolate caliente, bastones de caramelo y villancicos. Son todas tradiciones de la Navidad que traen alegría en la época más oscura del año.
Culturas de todo el mundo tienen tradiciones navideñas que hablan de celebración. Algunas son bastante interesantes.
En Japón, la cena tradicional de Navidad es el pollo frito de ‘Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC)’. ¡Eso haría que cualquiera se alegrara! Esto es tan popular que las familias deben reservar con antelación para asegurarse de conseguir su KFC el día de Navidad.
En Finlandia, es tradición visitar un cementerio en Navidad. Se encienden velas junto a la tumba; cementerios enteros están iluminados. Tres cuartas partes de todas las familias finlandesas visitan un cementerio en Navidad, principalmente en Nochebuena. Se necesitan arreglos especiales de tráfico para gestionar las multitudes.
Si lo piensas, hay un mensaje hermoso detrás de esa tradición en Finlandia. Dios envió a Su Hijo para vencer la muerte y dar vida eterna a todos los que confían en Él. Así que sí, ¡ponen luces en los cementerios!
En Hawái, la tradición es comer ‘Spam’ en Navidad. Lo cual, seguro, les alegra, pero yo tengo ‘filtro de spam’, así que no hay ‘spam’ para mí.
En Venezuela, la gente va al servicio de Nochebuena en patines. Tanta gente va a la iglesia en Nochebuena que cierran las calles. Lo que da un nuevo significado a la expresión ‘holy rollers’ (patines santos).
Y, por supuesto, ¿quién podría olvidar nuestra propia tradición americana del pastel de frutas navideño? Sin embargo, es un poco irónico llamarlo ‘pastel de frutas’ (fruit cake), porque no tiene frutas ni es un pastel. Estoy convencido de que, lo de ‘regalar los regalos recibidos’, empezó con el pastel de frutas.
Sin embargo, las tradiciones no deben reemplazar el significado y el mensaje de por qué Dios envió a su Hijo. El mundo está cansado y necesita esperanza. El mundo se está volviendo más peligroso. Muchos con discernimiento espiritual han percibido las nubes de tormenta en el horizonte: hay un mal profundo que está surgiendo.
Este es un mundo roto y malvado y, aunque hay mayor oscuridad, también será un tiempo de resurgimiento. La oscuridad se oscurecerá, pero también amanecerá una luz.
Cuando Isaías escribió la profecía de Isaías 9, era un tiempo oscuro para la nación de Israel. Un rey terrible y malvado gobernó en Judá, que apartó a Israel de Dios para ir tras los dioses del mundo, dioses de la mundanidad y el libertinaje. El resultado fue predecible; Se debilitaron como nación a medida que la oscuridad y el caos los envolvieron.
En la hora más oscura, Dios dio la mayor promesa. No hay duda de que estos versículos nos dan la mayor promesa conocida por el hombre; que Dios enviaría una respuesta a la oscuridad.
La respuesta de Dios es Su Hijo. “A nosotros nos ha nacido un niño, a nosotros se nos ha dado un Hijo.” Y las promesas, la esperanza, y la ayuda nos son dadas en el nombre que menciona esta profecía.
Dios no se queda de brazos cruzados viendo cómo la gente destruye sus vidas, Él hace algo al respecto; Dios está en movimiento, está persiguiendo una relación. Dios envió a Su Hijo, está llamando a la puerta de los corazones, quiere que la gente tenga vida.
Isaías habla del nombre que se da para el que viene como esperanza del mundo. Obtienes una gran comprensión del propósito y significado de la Navidad cuando entiendes el significado de Su nombre.
- La esperanza está en camino
- Versículos 2-3 – “El pueblo que camina en las tinieblas verá una gran luz… Aumentarán su alegría; se alegrarán en tu presencia.”
- La promesa es para quienes necesitan esperanza. La oscuridad es un peso pesado y opresivo para el alma…
- El mensaje de Isaías 9 es que la esperanza está en camino. Ánimo, consuélate en una tierra cansada donde no hay agua, Dios te está dando una promesa de ayuda y de esperanza.
- El alma angustiada necesita una promesa
- Cuando estás angustiado y rodeado de problemas, necesitas esperanza, necesitas una respuesta. Necesitas algo en que aferrarte.
Ilustración (Ilus) : Lo que está ocurriendo en este mundo causa una profunda preocupación de muchos. La historia está cambiando ante nuestros ojos a medida que aumentan los problemas. Este ha sido un año épico de problemas y la gente está cansada y agotada.
Luego, cuando lees las palabras de la profecía, entiendes que esto es solo el principio. Es como los dolores del parto; Crecerán en intensidad y se acercarán a medida que se acerque el día.
- Una cosa es gemir de angustia bajo una enorme carga de problemas, otra muy distinta es anhelar que Dios dé una respuesta.
Job 19:25-27, “Porque sé que mi Redentor vive, y que al final estará en la tierra; y después de que mi piel sea destruida, esto lo sé: en mi carne veré a Dios, a quien veré por mí mismo, y mis ojos contemplarán, y no a otro. ¡Oh, cuánto anhela mi corazón dentro de mí!” NKJV
- La alegría es la respuesta a la ayuda y a la esperanza
- La tierra de Zabulón y Neftalí, la zona de Galilea, sufrió la peor opresión en aquellos días cuando Asiria trajo sus ejércitos desde el norte para destruir y capturar.
- Dios hará glorioso el lugar de la opresión más oscura porque es allí donde Dios enviaría a su Hijo…
Mateo 4:13-14, “…y al salir de Nazaret, vino y se estableció en Cafarnaúm, que está junto al mar, en la región de Zabulón y Neftalí. Esto era para cumplir lo que se dijo a través de Isaías el profeta…”
- Jesús realizó la mayoría de sus milagros en la tierra de Zabulón y Neftalí, en Galilea de los gentiles. Grandes multitudes acudieron para escucharle predicar y enseñar, allí en el norte, en Galilea.
- Cuando Dios cumple su promesa, cuando responde al dolor y angustia del alma, la respuesta debe ser gozo y alegría; Como la alegría de la cosecha, como cuando los hombres se regocijan tras una gran victoria.
- Versículo 4 – Cuando Dios rompe el yugo de tu carga, el bastón sobre tus hombros y la vara de tu opresor, la respuesta es alegría.
Salmo 126:1-3, “Cuando el Señor trajo de vuelta a los cautivos de Sion, éramos como los que sueñan. Entonces nuestra boca se llenó de risas y nuestra lengua de gritos alegres; entonces dijeron entre las naciones: ‘El Señor ha hecho grandes cosas por ellos.’ El Señor ha hecho grandes cosas por nosotros; Y nos alegramos.”
- Por eso la Navidad debería ser una época del año llena de alegría, porque se basa en la esperanza de una promesa.
- Esa esperanza, esa promesa, todo lo que Dios da se encuentra en Su Hijo… y es dado en Su nombre.
- Recibes la respuesta de Dios cuando recibes al Hijo de Dios: todo depende de tu relación con Él.
- La esperanza de Dios se encuentra en Su Nombre
- Jesús también es llamado Enmanuel, Dios con nosotros. Esa es la respuesta de Dios a la ruptura del hombre, Dios estará con nosotros.
- “Y su nombre será llamado…” En otras palabras, la respuesta de Dios, la esperanza de Dios, la promesa de Dios se encuentra en el nombre de Jesús.
- ¿Qué tan poderoso es su nombre? Muchos en el mundo se sienten incómodos solo con decir el nombre de Jesús. Algunas personas usan Su nombre como una ‘mala palabra’, “¡Jesucristo!”, exclaman. ¿Por qué? Quieren reducir el poder del nombre. Esa es la única forma en que pueden soportar decir ese nombre tan poderoso.
- Pero bueno, si ellos pueden mencionar su nombre, yo también puedo mencionar su nombre. Cuando estaba en el mundo del día a día y alguien decía: “¡Jesucristo!” como una ‘mala palabra’, a veces decía: “Es un nombre muy poderoso el que estás usando. ¿Sabías que ante ese nombre cada rodilla se inclinará y toda lengua confesará que Jesucristo es el Señor?”
Filipenses 2:9-11, “Dios le ha otorgado el nombre que está por encima de cualquier otro nombre, que ante el nombre de Jesús se inclinará toda rodilla, de los que están en el cielo, en la tierra y debajo de la tierra, y que toda lengua confesará que Jesucristo es el Señor, para la gloria de Dios Padre.”
- … Y su nombre será llamado Consejero ..
Un. Es un consejero maravilloso
- La escritura nos dice que el Señor hará cosas estupendas y
1 Corintios 2:9, “Cosas que ningún ojo ha visto ni ha oído; y que no han entrado en el corazón del hombre, es todo lo que Dios ha preparado para quienes le aman.”
Efesios 3:20, “Ahora a Aquel que puede hacer en exceso, abundantemente, más allá de todo lo que podríamos pedir o siquiera pensar…”
- Está lleno de toda sabiduría; Su consejo es bueno y sabio. En este mundo caótico con vidas complicadas, lo que más necesitas es un consejo maravilloso.
Illus – Es una luz de revelación, como cuando un adolescente, que estaba absolutamente convencido de que no sabías nada, y que iba a descubrirlo por sí mismo, luego crece y realmente te pide consejo.
- En hebreo, la palabra consejero significa “estar al lado”. Puedes imaginar la ayuda que tendríamos si Dios nos susurrara al oído.
Isaías 30:21, “Nuestros oídos oirán una palabra detrás de vosotros: “Este es el camino, caminen por él”, cada vez que giren a la derecha o a la izquierda.”
Lucas 11:21, “He aquí; uno mayor que Salomón está aquí.”
- Su consejo solo es útil si caminas en él; Si te aferras y lo aplicas a tu vida.
Jeremías 16:19, “Si puedes extraer lo precioso de los inútiles…”
Lucas 6:47-48, “Todo aquel que viene a mí y escucha mis palabras y actúa en consecuencia, le mostraré a quién se parece: es como un hombre que construye una casa, que cavó profundo y puso cimiento sobre la roca; y cuando ocurrió una inundación, el torrente estalló contra esa casa y no pudo sacudirla, porque estaba bien construida.”
- Él es Dios Poderoso
- ¿Hay algo más claro que declare que Jesús es Dios? Jesús tiene poder sobre todo.
- Convirtió el agua en vino, curó a los leprosos, resucitó a los muertos, tiene autoridad sobre los demonios y calmó la tormenta con una palabra de Su mandato.
- Las señales de los tiempos estaban justo ante sus ojos.
Lucas 8:25, y les dijo: “¿Dónde está vuestra fe?” Estaban asustados y asombrados, diciéndose entre ellos: ¿Quién es entonces este, que manda hasta a los vientos y al mar, y ellos le obedecen?”
Aplicación (Apl) – La vida es pesada, y solo cuando reconoces que Él es tu “Dios Poderoso” te dirigirás a Él para que te ayude a llevarla. Esto es materia de fe. Y él nos haría la misma pregunta a ti y a mí: “¿Dónde está tu fe?”
- Él es el Príncipe que trae la paz
- El gobierno recaerá sobre sus hombros y no habrá fin para el aumento de su gobierno ni para la paz.
- Es el Príncipe que trae la paz; paz con Dios, como veremos, pero también significa paz en la tierra. ¿Por qué?
- Porque Él es el único con autoridad para traer paz y silenciar a los enemigos de Dios. Así como habló a la tormenta, así hablará a los gobernantes de la tierra.
Isaías 40:23-31 … “Es Él quien reduce a los gobernantes a nada, quien hace que los jueces de la tierra sean insignificantes. Apenas han sido plantados, apenas han sido sembrados, apenas han echado raíces en la tierra, pero Él sopla sobre ellos, y se marchitan, y la tormenta se los lleva como rastrojos. “¿Con quién entonces me compararás para que sea su igual?, dice el Santo.” Levanta la vista en alto y mira quién ha creado estas estrellas, Aquel que guía a su anfitrión por número, Él las llama a cada una por su nombre; y debido a la grandeza de Su poder y fuerza de Su poder, no falta ni uno solo.
“Entonces, ¿por qué dices, oh Jacob, y afirmas, Israel, “Mi camino está oculto del Señor, y la justicia que me corresponde escapa a la vista de mi Dios”? ¿No lo sabes? ¿No te has enterado? El Dios Eterno, el Señor, el Creador de los confines de la tierra, no se cansa ni cansa. Su comprensión es inescrutable. Da fuerza a los cansados, y a quien carece de fuerza, aumenta el poder.
Aunque los jóvenes se abruman y se cansan, y los jóvenes vigorosos tropiezan gravemente, pero quienes esperan al Señor obtendrán nuevas fuerzas; Se montarán con alas como águilas, correrán y no se cansarán, caminarán y no se desmayarán.”
- La verdadera paz llegará cuando la gente esté en paz con Dios.
Colosenses 1:19-20, “Porque era la buena voluntad del Padre que toda plenitud habitara en Él, y por Él reconciliar todas las cosas con Él, habiendo hecho la paz por la sangre de Su cruz; por Él, digo, ya sean cosas en la tierra o en el cielo.”
Juan 14:27, “Mi paz os dejo, mi paz os doy. No como el mundo te da a ti. No dejes que tu corazón se inquiete, ni que tu corazón tenga miedo.”
App – Él es quien te busca, llama a la puerta de tu corazón, tú abres la puerta de tu corazón y le dejas entrar en tu vida.
